Jamie was the best realtor I could have asked for! She was absolutely incredible to work with from the first time I talked to her! This was my first time buying a home and she took the time to walk me through every step of the process so that I was comfortable. She answered every one of my questions and was always easy to reach if I needed her. She really listened to what I was looking for in a home and what my budget was to find the home that was perfect for me. Jamie has great vision when looking at homes and can point out potential problems as easily as great features. She truly had my best interest at heart and I didn't doubt for one minute that she would tell me the truth no matter what. She did a fantastic job advising me and walking me through the stressful negotiations after making an offer and was on the ball going back and forth with the seller's agent. After my offer was accepted, she took care of everything and even straightened out some last minute problems between the seller and lender that would have delayed the closing if not for her. I even used some businesses she recommended throughout the process and they were amazing too. She was super knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and just incredibly fun to work with. I could not recommend Jamie enough no matter what you're looking for in a home and I will definitely be using her again if I ever buy or sell.

First of all, Wendy was very patient. We were looking for the right house for at least two years and never once did she get frustrated. My wife and I had not bought a home in eighteen years and there was so much that had changed. Wendy guided us through all of the steps. Also, she showed professional/ethical judgement. When we saw a home that we we liked at first, she would show us the cons as well as the pros, not just settling for a quick sale. We found this invaluable and came to rely on her extensive knowledge about homes. She also never tired of showings, even when our first two offers fell through. Finally, as our seller's agent, as well, Wendy gave us great advice on what to repair and what were reasonable demands from the buyer. I count her as a friend, not just an agent.

When my father recently passed away, my mother and I decided to sell his property. My mom had used Helen to sell her last home. This was my first experience with Helen. From the start, Helen was highly open and engaged about and throughout the selling process. She kept us up to date with market analysis, listing activities, explaining paperwork, reviewing offers, providing valuable input on decision-making, and working with the other realtors and inspectors. Additionally, she spent many hours chasing down additional items with the HOA and other entities involved with the sale. She was 100% dedicated to selling our property and not once did we feel pressure or not know what was going on with the sale of the property. Jamie was amazing from start to finish during the process of buying our home. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area- neighborhoods, schools, restaurants, commute times, etc. She was so helpful in guiding us through the process and educating us about things we should be looking for or avoiding during our house hunt and the negotiation and closing process. We were always able to get in touch with her, regardless of the day or time, which was key in relieving the stress of buying a house. Perhaps most importantly, Jamie was fantastic with our kids. Not only did she work around our nap schedules, but she entertained them while we looked around houses. Then, when we closed on our house, she set up a few treasures for my son to find in the new house to make him feel at home.
