Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Towne Realty (Suffolk, 23435)

I was living in Alaska, freaking out because my rental property in Portsmouth, VA was being mismanaged by a different realtor and dumped on the market before it was ready. A friend gave me Janine’s number and I called her immediately for advice. Janine had all of my public records pulled up during our first phone call, which impressed me, and had a plan from the very beginning. Janine is very smart and savvy, and always on time! She handled everything and communicated with my husband and I via phone, emails, and dotloop every step of the way. She has a large group of professionals that she works with to get your house ready to sell at the best price. My only regret is that I didn’t take advantage of her services years ago.

Janine was awesome to work with. We were not living in the same location as our house, so Janine took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed and was invaluable in getting the house ready to sell. She even cleaned and painted our mailbox herself! Very military friendly. She will be there ever step of the process. I highly recommend her!

I honestly can't say enough about Elizabeth's help in our home buying process. We were frequenting our new town in sporadic intervals whenever we had a moment to check out new houses and Elizabeth always made herself available and responded quickly. She knows Hampton Roads, Norfolk, VA Beach and all the neighborhoods in between and brings the same level of professionalism to every encounter. We loved having her as our realtor, and felt so lucky that we found her after speaking with a few others that just didn't meet the mark. 10/10 real estate professional, I'd recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Tidewater area.
