I was living in Alaska, freaking out because my rental property in Portsmouth, VA was being mismanaged by a different realtor and dumped on the market before it was ready. A friend gave me Janine’s number and I called her immediately for advice. Janine had all of my public records pulled up during our first phone call, which impressed me, and had a plan from the very beginning. Janine is very smart and savvy, and always on time! She handled everything and communicated with my husband and I via phone, emails, and dotloop every step of the way. She has a large group of professionals that she works with to get your house ready to sell at the best price. My only regret is that I didn’t take advantage of her services years ago.

Janine was awesome to work with. We were not living in the same location as our house, so Janine took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed and was invaluable in getting the house ready to sell. She even cleaned and painted our mailbox herself! Very military friendly. She will be there ever step of the process. I highly recommend her!
