I left a long time friend/agent to sign with John Trania. I will not have to look.for another agent again. Always spot on with numbers and knowledge. I wish I could list his best traits, not sure there is enough room. Phone calls immediately on it texts boom reply. His understanding of me as a client and MY best interest is second to NONE. Even with all the hoops this man had to jump through to get the deal done. He deserves waaaaay more than the commission he received. Whoever has the privilege of working with this guy will not be misrepresented or mislead in any way. When you need someone in your corner this better be the one you chose.
