John is a wonderful agent. He is extremely knowledgeable about what kinds of things to look for in a home. He is always professional and is easy to communicate with. He was patient with me as I looked for my forever home. I never felt pressured by John and he always had my best interests at heart. David and I enjoyed working with John. He always made us feel as though we were his only clients, even though; we knew he had several clients. We followed his advice and suggestions on what we needed to do to get our home ready for the market. Our house went on the market on a Thursday and SOLD the following Monday. John worked with the buyer's agent to allow us to stay in the home for additional 9 days, which gave us time to pack our belongings and ship. This was a big move from OH to Texas and was a stressful time, however; with John being our realtor, he made life much easier for us and less stressful.
