Kelly was absolutely amazing to work with when selling my home. I was out of state, and she coordinated everything for me! I knew that I chose the best agent to sell my home, and the results showed with a very strong offer within a day on the market. Kelly was in constant contact with me on all details, but she did not come to me with every little thing. She knew what I expected, and she was absolutely great to have on my side. Kelly even went above and beyond checking in on my mom to make sure that my mom was ok. All in all, the selling of my home was seamless, and that was because of Kelly. I know that it would not be as smooth if I went through another agent. Kelly is the best of the best.

My experience with Gerri was that she always professional and detail oriented, and on top of every task and document that needed addressing. In addition she was amenable to changes and quick to adapt. Her dedication to her job and her client is such that she will go well out of her way to do things that agents typically won’t do, short of anything even remotely unethical. Her savvy, her kindness, and her way with people I believe is unmatched in this industry.

Kim was well informed of market conditions! She was thorough and professional, great to work with! She kept me apprised about showings, excellent negotiator, transparent and reliable through the whole process. She relieved the normal stress of selling your home and actually made it an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house or even property!!
