Kourtney is the epitome of amazing. My wife and I work during normal business hours and Kourtney seemed to gladly work around our schedules. The process was smooth with virtually no hiccups. If we had a question, she answered and if she didn't know the answer, she was prompt in getting it and informing us. A stark contrast to the sellers realtor.

Mrs. Morgan helped me turn the extremely daunting task of renovating and selling my home into a simple step by step process that anyone could do. Her knowledge and expertise helped to put the minds of my wife and myself at ease throughout much of the process. This relieved much of the stress and discomfort of tackling this project when neither myself nor my wife could even be in the state during the majority of the process. She went above and beyond to ensure that we understood everything that needed to be done, and she kept us informed and included in every step of the process. Mrs. Morgan was recommended to us by our family members who told us " She is the only realtor that we will ever use, Mrs. Betty and Les are family". Initially I didn't understand, but now I do. She is our realtor!

5 years prior I was referred to Betty by a friend from work and finally decided to take the plunge to buy a home this year (2025). Betty is knowledgeable and points out aspects of the house that are red flags and green flags: this is extremely helpful to determine whether you should put an offer on a house, especially if you have no idea what to look for when looking at a home. Betty also has interior design qualifications which is a double plus: became helpful when I was looking at homes that I was thinking about fixing up. Due to the knowledge of pricing, certain types of materials, etc. I believe this actually saved me money. You can ask her anything and if she doesn't know, she knows someone who does and will get you an answer. Due to being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions/concerns in regards to paperwork/timelines/all the flags in the homes and she had answers for all the questions. She will step up to the plate for you when dealing with other agents (I had an experience after putting in an offer). If you need to trust anyone you can trust her. She won't steer you wrong. I had no idea what to expect, overall it was a fairly smooth experience and I'm thankful to have had the pleasure of having Betty as my real estate agent.

Bonnie and Melissa were simply awesome to work with. They went the extra mile to insure a quick beneficial sale of our home. Simply put, they worked their tails off for us. It's a no brainer to hire these 2 ladies for the job.

Well, after many of our friends bragging about Ashley selling their homes quickly and painlessly...we took them up on that referral. We honestly thought our home would be tougher to sell because of the location but Ashley actually Increased our asking price & got two offers her first OpenHouse and the one we accepted was Over asking price. She was also good at being available with questions. Interestingly enough, We had tried selling this home FSBO for at least 6 months but Ashley worked her magic in a couple weeks, and her commission was well deserved. Ashley is awesome!!
