I moved out of town and Patti made the selling process incredibly simple for me. My house had an accepted offer 6 days after being on the market. During the inspection phase, she was incredibly flexible in helping me out by meeting the contractors/inspectors when needed. She always did her best and kept her word. Patti was someone I had worked with in a school setting many years ago. But from that experience, I remembered how she always exhibited a take charge/ I can handle this/ don't fret charisma. And though we had not kept in touch, from day one when she came and took charge of the situation but yet listened to our concerns and gave the time and encouragement we needed, I knew we had the right person. We had a distance of 100 miles to come to do any business so it was a blessing to have her in charge, setting prices, open house, and entering contracts and interpreting the numerous papers..and yet being available. The house seem to go without hassles and everything went smoothly -truly professionally handled!
