We had some particular things we were looking for in a home and Mila helped us develop an idea of what type of residence would suit our needs. As first-time home buyers, Mila's experience and expertise was invaluable. She knew what to look for, advised us about potential problems, and could give us an assessment of the true value of the home. Mila answered all our questions and never pressured us to make an offer on a home or offer a price that was not compatible with our budget. She stayed in touch even when there were no properties matching our criteria popping up on the market and when we had to take breaks from looking. A team that is successful!

Thanks to Mila and her team for their help in the sale of our house. Mila was very knowledgeable and professional as she walked us though the process. I would highly recommend her! We sold our house in 4 days for over our asking price!

Easy House sale.

I am thrilled that I was able to find Mila and work with her with the sale of our home

We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with Mila Trompke Realty Team. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, with the sale of our home. We had some difficult moments in that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Mila was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her job and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so.

We couldn't have asked for a more helpful and knowledgeable agent than Victoria Minella-Sena. She was so knowledgeable about the area and was able to recommend several great contractors to get the work done that was necessary to sell the house. We were selling the house from far away so Victoria was always willing to meet people at the house to keep the whole process moving and her local connections to the community came in handy several times. I really mean it when I say that she made the whole process manageable from a distance and we couldn't have done it without her help. I highly recommend Victoria.
