Maggie and I have known each other since high school, and over the past several years, we've been reconnected on Facebook. For several years, I have seen all of Maggie's post of her real estate listings, and what stood out to me is how she genuinely cared about the homes she listed. When the time came for me to find an agent to assist me in selling my late mother's home, I knew that Maggie was the perfect person to help me through a very emotional time. This was no routine listing. I am living in the Philippines and needed an agent that could assist me in not only selling a home, but also help guide me through a large estate sale, changing of locks, coordinating a cleaning crew, and a host of other tasks that were important in getting the home on the market. Maggie and I covered a mountain of tasks in just a few short weeks! Her knowledge of the real estate market was right on point and the house had an offer within a day of listing, a contract shortly after that, and a quick closing all within the price point that Maggie suggested. I can tell that Maggie did have an emotional connection to the home and the connection it had to my mother and myself, and that, above all, is what I am most grateful for through this entire experience.
