We interviewed four people and after the interviews, my wife and I rated each person and both of us came to the same conclusion that Tina Perry was the best choice. We thought her market analysis was the best, her presentation was the most professional and we both felt she would represent us the best. We wanted to wait and list for a spring sale, but she encouraged us not to wait, but to go ahead and list in January, backing it up with her reasons as to why.
