Jeannie was our realtor in 2015 when we were first time homebuyers. She helped guide us through every document, every page, every word that we did not fully understand. There was never a time that she made us feel as if we were annoying her with all of our billions of questions first time homebuyers have. So when it came time to sell that same house, we knew without a doubt she would be our realtor. Once again, we were now first time home sellers and had no idea what we were doing or how the process went. Jeannie pulled comps and explained the fair market value price, how things have changed in the past 8 years, came to the house to give her opinions on things that could be done, but by no means did it feel like the pushy car salesman pitch to get us to do everything and anything. She was definitely in our corner no matter what option we chose. We ended up doing the max that we could and the final sale price was way above what we expected to list our condo at. Jeannie came over the morning of our listing photoshoot and helped with staging everything, including the outside yard! We closed with multiple offers on the house and Jeannie made sure to go over each and every bid and explain what all the offers meant. The only con I can think of about Jeannie is that she does not have her license in NC to be our realtor for our new house!

I was dragging my feet about selling my home and unsure of where to begin. After meeting with a number Selling Agents, I decided to give Liz Rogers a try based on personal references. I am so glad I did!! Liz came in with a game plan and stuck to it. My house was on the market in a week, and we had multiple acceptable offers within 2 days of hitting the market. She was there for me 24/7 to talk me off the ledge (when needed) and followed through on every commitment. Liz did all of the prep work to include an amazing walk-through video that gave buyers a first-hand look at our property. Additionally, I was scheduled for surgery which would lay me up for 6 weeks and Liz negotiated a plan with the buyer that would allow me to stay in our home until able to pack out and move (2 months). I would HIGHLY recommend Liz to anyone selling a home in the Northern Virginia area. Her personality, knowledge, professionalism and commitment to her clients are top notch. Christina is a fantastic realtor. She did her due diligence in researching to get us the best price for our home when selling. When we were in a bind due to scammer house cleaners she was able to have the problems resolved ASAP. She's very professional, and very responsive. If you're looking for a full-service, one-stop shop Realtor who is all-around amazing, you don't need to look any further.
