Top Notch Buyer Agent

Moncia was extremely professional throughout our entire home buying process. She offered straight forward, honest advice and guidance from the initial strategy on our offer to purchase the home, through the home inspection, and during the entire contract & loan process. Communication is key during the home buying process as there are many steps to get you to your closing day. Monica was always a step ahead and made herself available to chat. Wonderful Experience!

Monica is absolutely amazing! She has her client in mind 100%! She has represented me in buying twice, rentals, and most recently selling. She was my representative with finding renters, and even having people removed from the premises. She is knowledgeable in every aspect, in both Virginia and Maryland. I recommend her to anyone from property virgins to established real estate owners! She would never steer you wrong.
