I was assigned to Fran from Zillow when I saw a house I wanted to tour. She was super easy to work with and was patient with me as I looked through the market. She had great advice as we toured homes; I was a first time homebuyer and she walked me through all the steps and did not lead me astray! She also provided some great connections along the way as well.

"Frances Maddox did everything well, some might say no one does everything well. I say work with her and see for yourself. She made sure that as a seller I had all my ducks in a row and knew what I needed to do to make my home appealing to buyers. If she saw something that was not right she was not afraid to let me know and she was very pleasant in doing so. I would recommend Frances because she truly cares about what it best for her clients. I" appreciate that she does not have that "do just enough" to get the property sold. On the other side her attitude is "don't settle" make sure you love what you are buying. Chris has been my agent for at least 12 years. I met him when i was moving from my townhouse to another house not far from it. I was not ready to sell at the time so Chris came over and we talked about rental options. He was very knowledgable about the rental market in my area, he gave pointers on the listing price, and safety measures I should take to bring my property up to code and explained the pro's and con's to renting by HUD or conventional. After making the updates and deciding on list price my home was listed and very quickly rented out. Chris was my property manager and was there to take care of all of the needs of my tenants and keeping me informed of anything that was going on. He also made sure I had the proper tax forms at the end of each year. When i was ready to sell, it was a tough decision for me, yet Chris helped to make the decision easier. We decided on a list price, I made updates to the home and my home sold in less than 24 hours. He is knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. Not to mention he's a great cook and hilariously funny! I would definitely recommend Chris for all of your home buying, selling or renting needs.
