My recent house sale: My wife passed away seven years ago and I pretty much focused on my two grandchildren, not paying much attention to my house or yard. This March I decided to sell the house. At first I thought I could market it myself, but after only two offers (both lower than I had hoped) I decided to try a Realtor. I had remarkable help from Ellen Corless. In addition to actually marketing the house, she arranged for all sorts of related help. She put me in touch with a maintenance man who got the yard cleaned and fixed up, painted several ceilings, repaired and painted hand rails, etc.. Ellen also arranged for a GOOD carpet cleaning service - - the carpets looked great. She also put me in touch with an “Estate and disposal Sale” service and they too were wonderful and arranged for sale/removal of all contents of the house.

Ellen was amazing to work with. She was ALWAYS there for us and kept us calm thru the whole process. We sold, bought and closed on both homes in 1 month which meant we were crazy busy but Ellen kept us on track. From the moment we signed the contract to list with Ellen she made us feel like we were her only client. Sending us listing in the area we wanting to buy, helping us with staging advice for the home we were selling helped alleviate stress. I would highly recommend Ellen.

Ellen helped us sell our home. She was incredible and went above and beyond what was asked of her, going out of her way and beyond the line of duty to complete the tasks that needed to be done. She helped us achieve our deadline, and was very time conscious. Very personable and genuinely interested in helping you to the best of her abilities, a real hard worker.
