When we first met with JoAnn we had already moved into our new home and needed to sell our old house. It was full of furniture and 35 yrs of accumulated life stuff. I was embarrassed by all our junk but she assured us this was normal and when asked for suggestions she offered several. She sat with us to find out exactly what we wanted from our sale (quick and as is versus doing some work for higher selling price etc) Then she allowed us the time to complete our set of tasks to make our house perfect for market. Once it was on the market she kept us updated as potential buyers viewed the house. She was always prompt in answering our calls and questions be it in the evening or weekends. Once we had a contract she again worked hard in making sure we understood everything. Overall her knowledge, her professionalism , her availability, and her respectful manner made this tense crazy experience of packing up 35 years of life stuff easier and much more manageable. I would refer any of my friends to her in a heartbeat!

Annette was fabulous in helping me buy a house in Westminster! She helped me navigate all the weird things that come with buying a house. Whenever I had questions she got back to me right away, and communicated with me every step of the process. Annette also offered to get licensed in another state it my parents move near by!
