Through the purchasing of my parents’ many properties and some of my own, I have met many realtors in my life. Regardless of state borders, what I am usually faced with in a Realtor is unprofessionalism, impatience, and money-driven without your rights as a seller/buyer in mind. Meeting realtor padam kadariya was like finally able to breathe after being suffocated for so long. Padam kadariya was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions. He asked questions on our behalf that we didn’t think of to make sure the home we were touring didn’t have hidden issues or was updated to code by licensed individuals/companies. Once we got into escrow, padam kadariya was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than padam kadariya and their entire team. If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call when the time comes.

Agent Padam Kadariya was always available for home tours. He is very responsive and was incredible , if didn’t pick up, he always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased a newly constructed home so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. They told me that going in and highlighted the concerns they had and the research they wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in . Padam will work with you to make your desires a reality. Padam is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Padam was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence that would get the job done – and he did! His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended him to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call padam Kadariya

My wife and I were first time home buyers moving to the Cumberland County area, and we were referred to Tina. Tina was an obvious choice for us given her extensive knowledge and experience. Since we were relocating to the area from another state, we were concerned that searching for a home would be a bit of a challenge for us. However, Tina made the procesess so much easier and less stressful! She worked with our schedule and the long distance. She always responded to our emails and phone calls quickly, continuously sent us new homes within our budget, and immediately scheduled a time to visit a potential home once we shared that we were interesting in seeing it. When visiting a home, she always provided us a detailed sheet about the home, and she shared all of the important details (e.g., utilities, taxes, Home Owners Association information, etc.) as well as additional details about the home and the area that were important to us (e.g., schools). We can't say enough how AWESOME Tina was! Despite looking for a home during a period when the market was slow and the demand was high, she did an amazing job of showing us a variety of homes to help us get a better idea of what we were looking for in a home while also ensuring that the home fit our interests.
