I would recommend Carissa to anyone and would definitely use her again in a heartbeat! She was extremely professional and made a very stressful time super easy and fun! She was quick in all responses and helped us with our offer the same day we saw our house! She made sure my fiancé and I were comfortable with everything and explained all the ins and outs (and still checks in on us) She helped us buy first house and we are loving making it our home! Carissa was on the ball with everything! Helping us find the perfect home for our family, contacting us right away when she was in touch with the seller's realtor, informing us of any new information she was presented with, and getting documents to us in a timely manor. We contacted Joanna (she was the listing agent) to look at a specific home which had been on our radar to visit if it ever came on the market. We had not been actively thinking about relocating from our current home in a 55+ community. We did not pursue this "dream house" since it was on a major route, but this got the ball in motion. Joanna talked with us about what we were potentially looking for, was never pushy and very helpful. Both my wife and I liked Joanna from the start as we felt she had our best interests at heart as opposed to a "just buy" so I can get a commission mentality. She is someone whom we consider to be a friend and have already mentioned her to a number of folks we know who may be in the market to relocate. A competent, friendly professional easy to work with describes her to a "T"!
