Jenn was a phenomenal agent to work with! We met her while attending a showing for a mutual friend and could not be happier that it happened. She helped us sell our old home and buy our current house. She is very responsive and her knowledge of the industry is unrivaled. She can help first time home buyers just as much as seasoned pros. She was wonderful to work with and we are so happy with how everything worked out!

In early 2021, we decided it was time to downsize from our beautiful Beach Avenue home in Atlantic Beach. As we researched realtors to handle the listing and sale, Jennifer Sexton's name continued to pop up so we reached out to her. We were immediately impressed with her attentiveness, timeliness, knowledge of the market and most importantly, our belief and confidence that she could and would get the job done to our satisfaction. Once listed, we immediately received an offer and closed 60 days later with terms and conditions in line with our expectations. A truly seamless event. To complete the downsizing challenge, we had identified a very popular area with very few options available. This is where Jennifer really earned our respect. Not only did she understand what we wanted; she located the perfect house that wasn't even on the market. She went to work making the deal happen on a very accelerated timeline which we desperately needed. Jennifer Sexton was impressive in all respects and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone with a real estate need. Bill C

I don't know where to start as I talk about Jennifer. She is amazing. She is professional, sharp, knows the market, everything you could want in a realtor. Outside of the professional expertise, she actually cares about you and finding you a home/selling your home. We used her for selling then buying homes in Atlantic Beach. She was INSTRUMENTAL in our finally buying our dream home, we quite literally could not have done it without her. Please trust your home to Jennifer you will not regret it!!!

Al Kekec is a fabulous real estate agent, as a first time home buyer we were little nervures about the whole process but Al made things a lot easier then what we thought. He is very knowledgeable about real estate market and various loan types like FHA, USDA. His experience on the real estate business help us to make right decisions on our new home. I recommend his service to anyone on the market. Thanks again Al.

Jennifer was by far the best Realtor that we have ever worked with and we can’t recommend her highly enough. We used Jennifer to sell our house in Atlantic Beach and couldn’t have been happier with the whole process. From our first meeting with her, we were incredibly impressed with Jennifer’s knowledge of the real estate market and how we should stage and sell our house to take full advantage of the market. In addition, Jennifer isn’t one of those Realtors that once she has your listing she kind of disappears. Jennifer was consistently available to respond to our questions or requests, even when she was on vacation. During the whole process, she was always on top of things making everything exceptionally easy for us, even going as far as meeting with contractors at our house while we were on vacation. Another thing that greatly impressed us with Jennifer was all the additional resources that she brought along with her, from her wonderful assistant Dee to a variety of contractors and even an estate sale organization if needed. Because of Jennifer, we were able to get contractors and an estate sale setup in a matter of days when we couldn’t have done that on our own. We have sold 5 houses in the past and we can say without a doubt that because of Jennifer, this was by far the easiest and least stressful sale we have ever had.

Jen was the best from the start. We saw a video of her listing while on vacation. We scheduled a tour upon returning to town and moved in 6 weeks later. She made everything seamless. Her combination of professionalism and kindness is rare today. Can not recommend enough.
