Truly amazing service !!! From the beginning to the end, Emad BASMA provided one-stop, excellent service to help us prepare the house for sale, adjust market strategies, walk us through all stages of real estate transactions and negotiate the contract and offered additional help to speed up the closing process. Respectfully trusted agent

I’ve gone though many different agents through the many home purchases I’ve made. My last purchase of a house was 15 years ago and in the city of San Francisco, so you can say I was quite hesitant of moving to a small town like Tracy. For the past year I was back and forth picking a house, and back and forth again. This year was a tough time for us all and I didn’t think I could do it, but thanks to Emad BASMA i was able to move past my fears and do it. Although he didn’t just help me find a house, but a home. It was everything I was looking for, my dream house. He made the whole process easy for me, the negotiation and even putting my own house on the market. I love my house, location, and community. Thankfully for him I was able to do it. I 100% will be contacting him again for my next purchase, and I 100% recommend him for anyone else looking for an agent.

Emad was always available for questions

Emad was always available for questions. He walked me through the whole selling process, from understanding the time line of selling my home, to what work needs to be done for the best selling price, to presenting and explaining what each offer entailed, to the signing of the final papers having someone come to my house to close the deal. I would recommend Emad for any one looking to sell.
