She was actually recommended to me by my friend when he was purchasing his house-- interestingly enough, she was the seller's agent, not even his agent, but he thought she was really excellent. I am not a low maintenance client-- I communicate with Diana often and she is always very available and helpful. She has been doing this for decades and knows the Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, and nearby areas very very well. Another huge perk is that she knows many local agents and has a great relationship with them which helps when navigating the private market and finding background info on properties. She is involved within these communities-- she has a book club in my subdivision where she makes more contacts as well. Her husband Chuck is also very helpful in all things design and maintenance-- he showed me how to turn on/off my new home's water supply, gas, electric panel, generator, etc. Very knowledgeable about all of it.
