Diana and Chuck are an amazing team! Not only are the clearly experts on the market/process but they provided guidance and advice all along the way from finding a home and throughout the closing process. The Spring 2022 market was absolutely crazy and unprecedented, I cannot imagine navigating it without them. They were incredibly responsive and attentive during what was a journey. In the end we found our dream home and I am not sure we would have without them. I would definitely recommend to anyone working with them and you won't be disappointed.

I interviewed 5 local real estate agents when I was selling my home, and Diana stood above the rest by a long shot. She was actually recommended to me by my friend when he was purchasing his house-- interestingly enough, she was the seller's agent, not even his agent, but he thought she was really excellent. I am not a low maintenance client-- I communicate with Diana often and she is always very available and helpful. She has been doing this for decades and knows the Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, and nearby areas very very well. Another huge perk is that she knows many local agents and has a great relationship with them which helps when navigating the private market and finding background info on properties. She is involved within these communities-- she has a book club in my subdivision where she makes more contacts as well. Her husband Chuck is also very helpful in all things design and maintenance-- he showed me how to turn on/off my new home's water supply, gas, electric panel, generator, etc. Very knowledgeable about all of it. They are a fantastic team and I don't know how I could have navigated this absolutely crazy market without their expertise, patience, and true desire to find the right home for me and my family.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Diana Ivas on the sale of lots at Templeton Reserve. She has been a treasure of knowledge and we hope that she continues to do well in her business.
