Bob walked me through our first home sale. I have to highly recommended him. At first he presented me with market data on my house but then when we began talking face to face he presented an entirely new dimension of insight and experience. He knew the ins and outs of the entire process and was calm and collected through every hurdle. Always available to text, call, and is very friendly. Bob knew exactly what to emphasize with the listing (naturally, as he sold this house to us 13 years ago). He was excellent with communications and assisting with any problem areas including the majority of furniture and personal items that we were leaving. He stayed the course with the title insurance company which was a little difficult as we were distance signing. Hard to explain just how well we were treated. Very impressed!!

It was Kim's persistence in a crazy home market that got us the home we knew was right for us. Said simply Kirby is a TRULY OUTSTANDING realtor who worked ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure my father's house was market ready to sell quickly at a price better than expected. In a rather fast turn of events my father moved from his home in Sarasota's Country Lakes development to come live with me in Atlanta.  It was only several months after living in Atlanta that he decided he wasn't going back to Sarasota and desired to place his home on the market.  When he left Sarasota, his home was not in market ready condition by any means.
