Susan was beyond awesome she showed up same day within 2 hours when I contacted her to show property she had listed, she was super friendly and helped negotiate a great value win win deal with her seller and myself. She also helped with finding builders and others I requested. She has lived and worked in Jupiter for 33 years and has amazing wisdom and knowledge. 10 stars if I could give them!

I was referred to JoAnne Kelly by an acquaintance. I live out of state and was only rarely onsite during the sale of the property. It was very important for me to work with someone I felt comfortable with, that I felt I could trust, and that was looking out for my interests. I feel very lucky I met Jo. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to sell a property in that area of Florida. She was knowledgeable about the process and was willing to teach me. She supported me during the, at times, challenging process of working with the condo association and the service company for the condo. She made very reasonable recommendations and then let me make the final decisions so that I was comfortable with the outcome. She is energetic, positive, empathetic. Great experience!.....who would have thought?

Working with Maria was simply splendid. Moving from out of state with 4 children (including 1 teenager) is, to mention the least, a challenging venture. Driven by several factors, starting with the public school preferred choices for the kids, and followed by location, age of house, type of community, and others, the options to pick from were less than a handful.
