This was not my first purchase, but I could say it was the best experience with an agent I’ve ever had. All questions, concerns that we had were answered quickly. Working with Maria was simply splendid. Moving from out of state with 4 children (including 1 teenager) is, to mention the least, a challenging venture. Driven by several factors, starting with the public school preferred choices for the kids, and followed by location, age of house, type of community, and others, the options to pick from were less than a handful. Maria had the professionalism (and patience!!) not only in helping us settling on a rental property for the first year of our residency in Wellington, but also in working with us, for one whole year, in the evaluation of multiple options that would put us in the place where we wanted and needed to be.
