•Our experience with John Miller was excellent. We were impressed not only with John, but with his team, including Dave LaLiberte and Abby and Mark Miller. This is a very professional team. In our first meeting, John presented the market data to back up his recommendation for a listing price. He continued to present data throughout the time we worked together when a decision had to be made. Our home was listed at a time when shortly thereafter the market slowed down and went from being a seller’s market to being a buyer’s market. In a couple of months’ time, we received an initial offer, but the buyer withdrew the offer. We had never experienced anything like this before in the many homes we bought and sold. We decided to continue working with John Miller and his team. We are confident that we made the right choice. After many months, the property sold, and after many years of living in California, including a decade in the Coachella Valley, we have moved on.
