Excellent communicator, very knowledgeable in the field and very professional

I kept a close relationship with one of his coworkers in the past few years. After my tenant moved out at the end of August, I decided to sell the property. John inspected the house and gave me sound suggestion of minor repairs and updates needed. Beginning of October after completion of updates, we listed it for sale. He sent me comps of same style of homes and guided me with insights on real estate sales. He was always available for questions and returned my calls right away. My house was sold at the end of October and escrow was closed on 12/05.
