1) superb help with staging; especially help with decluttering; 2) excellent market knowledge to set the right price; 3) competent team of agents to assist potential buyers; 4) timely assistance at every stage; 5) straightforward advice on final negotiations with the buyer; 6) critical assistance in arranging for furniture and belongings to be sold or donated; 7) and all these services carried out such that my wife and I did not have to return to Trilogy to wrap up the sale. Summary statement, the John Miller team did an excellent, masterful job; we close out 18 years after John Miller sold us our first home in Trilogy in 2007 with the highest regard for John; thank you, thank you, thank you, John and your team.
