•John shared his experience of the sales trends in our neighbourhood, patiently explained the sales process to us (as non-Americans we found it was quite different ), answered all our questions, and always got back to us very quickly. He even had contacts who were able to attend to any of the repairs we needed to have made prior to finalizing the sale. He was kind and understood that parting with our Trilogy La Quinta home was a decision made with mixed emotions. We feel he represented us very well and if we are ever in the position to need a realtor in the area again, he will definitely be the first person we would call.
