Moving to Nashville 3 years ago I opted to rent and said I would allow myself upwards of 2 years to determine whether I would stay and if so, buy a home. Upon deciding to stay and pursue purchase of a HOME, I was referred to Myka by a mutual friend. We started the search Spring '25. She was very patient with me and diligent in scouring Nashville and surrounding areas for a HOME that would meet my needs. We took a break for a couple months per my request and resumed towards the Fall'25. Within a couple months we landed on what is now MY HOME. I truly appreciate her attentiveness to my needs/wants as well as having a good sense for a community that would be suitable for me. Buying a home can be quite the undertaking but having a realtor of Myka's caliber helped ease some of the strain that naturally comes along with the process. She was always professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know looking to purchase a home.

Marcos has always worked hard for his clients because he cares for us as family! When I gave him the list of things I wanted in my future home I knew it was going to be a difficult to find. Big house, in over 2 acres, in the city of Murfreesboro! What does he do? He used his strong connections with builders and got with a Builder and made the builder build me my dream home in the perfect lot and location below the budget we had set aside for it.
