I have bought and sold multiple homes over the past 10 years across three states. Hands down, Gabriela is the marquee example of a consummate professional who takes her clients needs and concerns and actions on them in an exceptional manner. I actually found Gabriela by accident and I am nothing short of thankful for window shopping on Zillow. I had a property north of Nashville, I had been working with a different realtor and agency but the home saw almost no interest or movement in four months on the market. After consulting with Gabriela, she formulated a fantastic strategy that was beyond my wildest imagination (there was a food truck). Within 4-5 days of Gabriela taking on the sale of this property, we received and accepted and offer and were under contract. The amount of stress and financial anxiety that had been building for months due to this property not selling was alleviated in just a short few days. Gabriela is now taking on the sale of my primary residence and will soon after help me find my next home in the Nashville Metro Area. The home I just sold was the same home Myka Taylor helped me purchase. There was a reason I sought her out again for the sale side. Mykalynne Taylor -- from our very first introductory conversation to the congratulatory hug after closing -- she's a consummate professional. From the purchase to the sell, she thoroughly understood the market and perfectly communicated what I should expect, how to price things, how closing costs might look, how (in this current case) the buyer might approach things..everything. Most bases were covered, and where I had questions, she usually had informed answers. In the very few times she didn't have immediate answers, I could trust she'd follow up as quickly as she could. Additionally, she had just the right touch with the communication mechanics, as far as texting when a full conversation wasn't required, calling when it absolutely was necessary, and finding a balance otherwise. There was no over communication, and I never felt I didn't know what I needed to. Because of my current circumstances, selling my home was of particular difficulty (to me, at least). My favorite Mrs. Taylor did everything she could to smooth things over and lessen whatever blows eventually came my way. I've not fully conveyed the extent of her (what I'll call) superpowers, but know that, should the reader of this *essay* choose to work with Myka, not only will you not regret it, but you'll be thankful and more than pleased that you chose her to be you agent. Gabby was everything we didn’t know we needed! We were put in a situation where we had to find a home asap and I was lucky to be introduced to Gabby by my neighbor. From the first time we talked on the phone to closing, Gabby was very responsive and worked with my schedule. My mom was in Las Vegas and was helping with the purchase and Gabby was very understanding and accommodating to her questions and requests also. When we were touring houses, we never felt pressured and Gabby gave her honest opinion knowing what we were looking for. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Nashville area!

Moving to Nashville 3 years ago I opted to rent and said I would allow myself upwards of 2 years to determine whether I would stay and if so, buy a home. Upon deciding to stay and pursue purchase of a HOME, I was referred to Myka by a mutual friend. We started the search Spring '25. She was very patient with me and diligent in scouring Nashville and surrounding areas for a HOME that would meet my needs. We took a break for a couple months per my request and resumed towards the Fall'25. Within a couple months we landed on what is now MY HOME. I truly appreciate her attentiveness to my needs/wants as well as having a good sense for a community that would be suitable for me. Buying a home can be quite the undertaking but having a realtor of Myka's caliber helped ease some of the strain that naturally comes along with the process. She was always professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know looking to purchase a home.
