I was only in Solivita for one day at a time, driving from Tampa in the morning and returning to Tampa in the early evening. Lorraine arranged her schedule to spend the entire day with me each time I traveled to Solivita so that my trips were efficient. We selected the homes I was to see together so that each home held a good degree of interest to me before I even saw it. She was familiar enough with all the homes I originally showed interest in to be able to discuss them with pros and cons as to how they met my goals as to my comfort and social levels and as an investment. She provided me with the names of home inspectors who were highly regarded in Solivita. She was always in attendance for every visit I made to inspect the house I had selected and also went on her own to do a final walk through the day of my absentee settlement. She was always available to me whenever I needed her advice or presence and was in almost daily touch with me via e-mail or phone to update me on the progress of my settlement. I recommend her heartily and with great appreciation for her efficiency, professionalism and many years of experience!
