We live in Canada and decided it was time to sell our Florida home. Covid19 made this an almost impossible feat. That was until we our virtual meeting with Lorraine. She introduced us to the professionals we needed to help us through the process. She got our house ready for sale. Even helped pack our personal items since we couldn’t be there. She also arranged to have a couple of items fixed since we couldn’t be there. She pushed to sell our home as a turnkey operation. Within a couple of days she got us our asking price and a deal that included all our furniture. I don’t know we would have done if we hadn’t met Lorraine. She came highly recommended by friends and it was easy to see why. One of the best realtors we have ever dealt with.
