Tireless worker and candid communicator who understands the market.
Eric demonstrated his overall knowledge of the sales process and the real estate market. He always kept me current on my situation, as well as the elements of the market that would likely affect my property and its appeal. He was very responsive to my calls & questions. Additionally, he was pro-active in his suggestions about the timing of changes that would make my property more visible. When there were offers, he gave me very good advice, and I appreciated his honesty in all our conversations.
