I could not have asked for a better experience on the sale of our lake property at Badin Lake. Eric brings a lot to the table with his knowledge of this area and all the things that drive pricing a lake house. He was ready with names of people to look at and price some issues. All these folks responded promptly. He communicated with us quickly on everything. He has a calm demeanor at all times and advises well during all transitions of the sale.
