Brianna listened to what we wanted, shared multiple properties with us that fit OUR parameters. She spent all the time we needed as she was showing properties to us. Not once did we feel rushed. She answered all of our questions, and we had many! Her service AFTER we purchased the property was exemplary! We had some issues with the builder and she continued to help us sort everything out (this after the sale process took almost 6months). She fought for us the entire time. Brianna was actually the selling agent. We used her as our buyer agent as well. She was more than fair on both sides of the fence. I had to contact her multiple times for questions and getting into the property before closing. I even contacted her a month after we closed to ask a question. She is absolutely wonderful!

As clients of Beth & now first-time homeowners because of her we cannot give her a better recommendation! We were renting a house from a property management company and became so in love with the property & location near the beach we decided we absolutely had to buy it to have as our own. Keep in mind that this property was not on the market or for sale. So we contacted Beth to see if she could help us out since we had no idea who even owned the property. Beth worked tirelessly to first find out who owned the property (wound up being an out of state construction company with very little info) and then managed to contact them and inquire about selling the property to us. Long story short, Beth went above & beyond to convince them to sell the property & negotiate a great deal on our Dream House (which wasn’t even for sale!). And as first-time homebuyers, she was supporting us every step of the way through closing & always available to answer any questions/concerns we had. She was extremely professional and has a significant amount of experience in the Panhandle Real Estate industry. We cannot imagine a better Realtor than Beth & although we don’t plan on moving anytime soon, if we did, we would only choose Beth Mulvey as our Realtor of Choice!

Beth was recommended by my sister. A family member had suddenly died, I lived out of state, the house needed repairs, and we needed to sell fast. Beth made a very traumatic situation so easy and stress-free for us. Beth is a no-no sense, get it done fast, realtor. I was impressed from the minute I met her how someone so young, could be so “in the know” with real estate on the panhandle. My realtor is Atlanta referred her to us, and we have been pleased from day 1 with her knowledge, ability to “get the job done” without wasting a ton of time. We have used her both on the buying side and the selling side and couldn’t recommend anyone more! She is highly impressive! You would not be disappointed whether you’re selling or buying from her.
