Great agent

Gives her all!
Barbara was just great-she gave her all for me! She actually showed my house, unlike other brokers I had had. Until Barbara, my house was shown rarely. I felt she helped me find a price to sell my house at that even I could live with. She got me a great price-only $50,000 off my asking price. She is able to read the buyer, to know if they are interested or not. She cared about me-helped me beyond what she had to do. She helped me get a fair price for some of the furniture in my home. Even after the contract was signed, she helped me clean cabinets and get rid of things I didn't need. She even took things to the garbage area. She found a cleaning person to do the final cleaning. But most,of all, she put up with my nervous mood swings, if I had to do it all over again, Barbara would be the BMP broker I would choose!👍🌟
