About Kayla

Licensed real estate agent in Tennessee and full-time chaos coordinator with a track record that’s firmly in the multimillion-dollar range! I don’t just “sell homes”—I launch them. Listings don’t go live… they debut. Think strategic pricing, marketing that actually turns heads, and just enough hype to make buyers start questioning their life choices if they don’t act fast. By day, I’m negotiating like your financially protective alter ego. By night, I’m answering “just one quick question” texts that turn into full-blown strategy sessions. I’ve survived bidding wars that felt like cage matches, inspections that exposed crimes against drywall, and sellers who were emotionally attached to their backsplash. When it comes to listings? I don’t just put a sign in the yard and hope for the best. I position, stage, market, and push your home like it’s the main event—because it is. Maximum exposure, strong offers, and the kind of momentum that makes your neighbors nervous they priced too low. Equal parts strategist, therapist, detective, and closer. I’ll hype you up, talk you down, and absolutely go to battle over repair requests like it’s personal. Professional when it counts, unhinged when it works. Welcome to Tennessee real estate. Buckle up. Let's get you Movin & Groovin!

Movin and Groovin For Sure!

Kayla Hahn worked so hard for our family to get our house sold quickly. She communicated with us constantly, keeping us updated. Since we are out of the state, she arranged everything that needed to be completed. From start to finish, everything she did was professional and timely.

She is amazing!

“Absolutely the best Realtor!” I had the absolute best experience working with Kayla! She helped me sell my home, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. From start to finish, she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared-not just about the sale, but about me as a person. Over time, we built a real friendship, and I’m so grateful for that. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, trustworthy, and will treat your home like it’s her own, Kayla is the one!!! 🩷 🏠

Awesome agent !

Kayla listen well and worked hard to find that perfect house for me. Always on time and was not pushy. She was definitely not just out for a paycheck which meant the world to me… When I viewed a house, I asked her to tell me what she sees wrong with it and she definitely did… Many agents won’t do that. I highly recommend her.
