•Choosing to work with the realtor Richard J. Freedkin in purchasing my new home in Lake Barrington Shores made the inherently stressful experience of home buying a uniquely stress-free one! Richard's attention to detail, positive attitude, and clear communication were very refreshing. There were a few unusual issues I faced in purchasing this home which Richard promptly sorted out, always advocating for clarity and fairness from the sellers. His advice in handling negotiations was insightful and professional, and I totally believe that he always had my best interest as a priority. I liked that he would always return calls and texts immediately. Richard is a very personable, experienced, and knowledgeable professional and I recommend him most highly. I always trusted his judgment and appreciated his strong background in marketing, sales, and finance. I cannot think of anything he could have done more to enable the purchase to proceed more smoothly; it was truly a pleasure working with him and I would definitely reach out to him again were I to purchase another home.
