I recently purchased my first home with Monica Dalton’s amazing help. From start to finish of this new and intimidating process, Monica was there for me. On our first call she took the time to hear what our priorities were, and get clear on what we were looking for. She searched for home options that really hit the mark. She was also extremely reliable and reachable whenever I had questions, and was always conscientious about really thinking through the logistics of our search . Appointments always went smoothly. I trusted her help and feedback and valued her ability to explain the entire process step by step, in a comfortable, supportive, easy-to-understand way. I am paperwork phobic, and Monica held my hand through the process. We accomplished what I thought was impossible: I closed on my absolute DREAM home within 45 days of first talking to Monica. (The only problem with finding a great house so fast is that I wanted to hang out with her more!)
