Born in Los Angeles, California, and raised in Palos Verdes, a coastal suburb of LA, Monica graduated from Stephens College in Columbia, MO, with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications. She was initially in commercial production as a production assistant, then worked as a children’s talent agent in Miami and Chicago, her home, since 1994. Monica has lived in Lakeview, Lincoln Park, and West Town, and in her current neighborhood, Oak Park, since 2004. While she specializes in Oak Park, River Forest, and Forest Park, she ventures into other areas upon her clients’ request. She also owns a condo in Rogers Park and is excited to add more property to her portfolio.
Married for almost 25 years, Monica has three daughters, a stepson, daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, and a Cockapoo named “Agent” with his own Instagram page. Plus, she’s a beginner tennis player looking to better her game!
She serves as a director for the Oak Park Area Association of Realtors and on the fund development committee for Sarah’s Inn, which provides comprehensive services for families affected by domestic violence, with a mission to create communities free of relationship violence.
