I like the fact that when she says she will get back to us, she does and in the quickest way possible. We used Cynthia a few years ago to find a rental and then again recently to buy a house. No doubt that Cynthia goes the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. There were many times we sent her some houses we wanted to see the night before we were going out (at like 8 or 9pm) and she had everything set up by morning! We had multiple issues with buyers financing falling thru but she got it back up and running immediately to get it sold at the right price. I have had many dealings with real estate agents for selling and buying but none have come close to the professionalism that Cynthia demonstrates from start to finish. She worked tireless on our behalf to find us "the house" that we desired. Over a 10 day period, we covered many miles and approximately 100 houses. She never complained and even stated we'll look as long as we need to in order to find "it!" I highly recommend her for buying your next home in the Plainfield, IL area and if her selling representation is half as good as her buying, she would be worth every penny.
