Marilyn was great from the first phone call until the close on our house. She was an excellent communicator and she kept us informed and on track to achieve what we wanted with our sale. If we weren't moving states, we would have hands down used her for buying a home as well. She is very warm, kind, and genuine. She went far above and beyond our expectations. Selling our home with Marilyn was one of the easiest things we have done. She made the process so smooth!

Marilyn has struck us as a very sincere, warm and honest person. We never felt rushed by anything - Marilyn gave us her full personal attention and was always available for us. She was easy to contact. If she couldn’t answer our questions right away, she was quick to find the answers. I like the fact that when she says she will get back to us, she does and in the quickest way possible. She made us feel that we are very important and was very considerate of our concerns when we had them. She was very patient and detailed and thorough. We couldn’t have had a better agent than her!

Marilyn was the best to work with. Her knowledge of the area and overall hard work made selling our house easy. We had multiple issues with buyers financing falling thru but she got it back up and running immediately to get it sold at the right price. She was always available to answer questions and address concerns. Overall I wouldn’t have picked anyone else for the job.
