My mother was a full-time real estate agent many years ago and seeing how hard she worked to support three young children, I have only best expectations and highest regard for real estate agents. From the first day we communicated, Jessica was always there--quick to respond and to find answers to questions. She was there every step of the way through applying. We applied for a town home through her, but ultimately ended up choosing another place that was a better fit for our budget. The place we settled on was through another agent in her company, and she took initiative to help in the application process for the other agent. I came into Jean Hoyle's orbit upon the unexpected death of my oldest brother at age 63. As the executor of his estate, I had many obligations to meet that I never even knew I'd be dealing with all while grieving the loss to my family. Jean knew things that were required and steps that would be taking place with regard to processing his estate even before I could proceed with listing my brother's property. She simultaneously displayed her sympathy and guidance on how to get my brother's condo listed for sale in short order. She is a true professional. She was never overtly pushy or overbearing in her advice, yet she knew what needed to get done in order for a sale to take place as quickly as possible, especially since this was all happening during the holiday season in December. Luckily for me and my family (I have five other siblings), I followed her guidance and at a reasonable cost completed the suggested tasks that her training and experience told her needed to get accomplished. We had three cash offers on the first day the condominium was listed and closed on it last week. They say a true sign of character is doing good while nobody is looking. That typifies Jean Hoyle's work ethic, and I thank God she was there to guide me when I was overwhelmed with grief and responsibilities all at the same time. Jean has now become a friend outside of real estate because I enjoy her just as a contemporary. That should say everything!

This is our 2nd home sold by Maria and we couldn't be more pleased with her hard, diligent work. We had a number of bedrooms that were empty and she staged the rooms beautifully so that people could see what they looked like with the appropriate furniture. She kept us informed at the proper times and was always available to answer our questions and concerns. She was very quick to get back to us by either text, email, or phone call.
