Jean Hoyle

I came into Jean Hoyle's orbit upon the unexpected death of my oldest brother at age 63. As the executor of his estate, I had many obligations to meet that I never even knew I'd be dealing with all while grieving the loss to my family. Jean knew things that were required and steps that would be taking place with regard to processing his estate even before I could proceed with listing my brother's property. She simultaneously displayed her sympathy and guidance on how to get my brother's condo listed for sale in short order. She is a true professional. She was never overtly pushy or overbearing in her advice, yet she knew what needed to get done in order for a sale to take place as quickly as possible, especially since this was all happening during the holiday season in December. Luckily for me and my family (I have five other siblings), I followed her guidance and at a reasonable cost completed the suggested tasks that her training and experience told her needed to get accomplished. We had three cash offers on the first day the condominium was listed and closed on it last week. They say a true sign of character is doing good while nobody is looking.
