Allyson made a somewhat difficult position of reclaiming our home from our renters to putting it on the market with the emphasis on getting the most potential out of the home as we put it into move-in ready condition. We were very excited to move from the Seattle area to the Chicago area and were very determined to find a mid century home. My husband found Lou through some internet searches and I'm so glad he did. Lou went above and beyond what we expected. We found ourselves in Chicago for a last minute trip and contacted Lou to see if we could get some showings in with short notice. This was our first contact with him. He brought us to any house we asked and sent us some listings he had found. His knowledge of mid-century architecture was very helpful and I'm glad we had him in our corner.
