I flip houses and sometimes I can’t find a wholesale house on my own but my real estate agent can. Misti Stewart keeps her eyes on the market for just the right house for me. She works long hours to give her clients what they need. It would be difficult to do my business without her.. Her knowledge of the real estate business is exceptional. but even with that, it’s the care and concern that she gives each one of her customers that makes her stand out from the rest.

Misti was genuine, kind, and truly a blessing to work with. We never felt pressured at any point, and the entire process, from submitting our offer to signing for our new home, was smooth and stress-free. She was fully dedicated to understanding our needs and helping us find the right location. We were moving because we had outgrown our home and wanted to be closer to daycare and school to save time. That was difficult to achieve in our area, but Misti never gave up and continued searching until she found the right fit for us. She stayed positive and motivated, even through offers and negotiations, and her professionalism and resources were outstanding. We would highly recommend her to our family and friends, and we would absolutely work with her again. Kind, passionate, smart, and savvy, that’s Misti. Thank you

I worked with Jessica and Misti in March 2025 during an extremely stressful and transitional period in my life, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the support I received. From start to finish, the experience was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine understanding. They went above and beyond to help me find the right home in the specific area I needed, taking the time to truly understand my situation and priorities. Jessica worked closely with the selling agent to negotiate a price that was both realistic and affordable, and she handled every detail of the process with clarity and confidence. What stood out most was her ability to manage all the logistics smoothly and efficiently, ensuring that everything stayed on track so I could move into the home in a timely manner. During a period when things felt overwhelming, she brought calm, structure, and reassurance to the process. Even after the purchase was completed, Jessica has continued to be an incredible resource. She has taken time to help me understand and work through other real estate-related questions and property issues, offering guidance and insight well beyond what is expected. Her willingness to continue supporting me after closing truly sets her apart and speaks volumes about her commitment to her clients. She has been an excellent source of support not just during the transaction, but long after it was finished. I am incredibly thankful for her dedication, advocacy, and kindness. If you are looking for someone who will genuinely have your best interests at heart and guide you through the home-buying process with skill and compassion, I highly recommend Jessica Luginbill.

Jessica is an amazing person. I had a unique circumstance where I was selling my own property, and at the same time became the executor of a will and had to simultaneously sell another property. Not only did Jessica make both sales happen in record time, but she was understanding and extremely compassionate about my situation. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Jessica, and I highly recommend her for her knowledge, expertise, compassion, and willingness to get the job done. Thank you Jessica.

I am amazed at how quickly my house sold. It’s all due to the market knowledge of Misti Stewart and Luginbill Homes . Nothing is accidental. They know how to market. Nothing is left to chance. Misti makes herself available for communication day or night. Although the whole package is professional from beginning to end, Misti is friendly and approachable and you will have a new friend after doing business with her.

We couldn’t have asked for better realtors than Jessica and Misti. They helped guide us every step of the way and made sure we found a home that truly felt right for us. Their patience, communication, and dedication made such a difference. We’re so thankful for everything they did to help us get into our home!

Jessica and her team delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. I deferred to her expertise at every step, and she proved correct on every point. Do what she says! Her process is time-tested, proven, and meticulous, ensuring details stayed covered and nothing slipped through the cracks. I have worked with four realtors in the past and Jessica is the first that proved every day that we were on the same team. I will absolutely hire her again for my next real estate transaction and recommend her highly.

Both Jess and Misti were amazing to work with. I was in a hurry to buy and Jess made it possible from the beginning. They both worked really hard to show me all of the houses I was interested in as quickly as possible. They both made the process as smooth as possible (even with one of the houses I offered on falling through). I had no idea what I was doing and Jess talked me through every part of the process. She made sure everything was done when it was supposed to be and that I had all the resources I needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jessica handled everything from paperwork to staging.

Jessica and her team are just awesome. From my initial consultation with Jessica over the phone, to the day of closing, she was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate, and someone I would hope to remain friends with here in my new community. I would highly recommend working with Jessica and team for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in this area. Thank you!

Jessica and Misti were awesome to work with. Highly recommended! From the initial introduction, I could tell Jessica was a go-getter. Communication was excellent and any concerns were immediately addressed. Jessica's knowledge of the market quickly dispelled my initial worry that I missed the selling window due to school season timing. Jessica and her teams process of fill-in staging, professional photos, property description and their overall marketing campaign garnered a lot of traction from potential buyers. Once the property listed, it had more views, saves, showings, open house attendance and offers than I ever thought possible. Jessica was very helpful in advising on the multiple offers received. Sale was an absolute Success!!

Jessica is top notch! Knowledgable, professional, and responsive. We were so impressed with the marketing materials she produced for our home to help it sell quickly. The negotiating portion of the sale was seamless and smooth thanks to her. Highly recommended.
