We were trying to sell our house since Feb 2020. Advertisements were placed on Jul 31. we were working with A.S (name anonymized or changed for privacy). There were around 40 (number may not be exact) showings. We asked for 24-hour notice for showings but we accommodated 5-10 minute notices for showings. We got three offers far below (several thousand dollars below the listed price). Out of panic, I called Ms. Jessica Luginbill. It was Friday night but she still found some time to see our house.
