We are so lucky to have Bonnie and Charlie assisting the 1031 transactions! They are very professional and knowing the market well! It’s such a nice job on picture and posting the condo on the market and providing smooth closing process. They also assisted us to negotiate the other property on 1031. We can’t complete the transaction without their team effort in a short period of time! Highly recommend!

Working with Bonnie and Chaelie(Luxe Home Team) was the best decision we made. Their market knowledge, honest advice, and flawless execution turned a stressful process into a smooth, successful sale. They protected our interests, communicated clearly, and delivered beyond expectations. We couldn’t be more grateful—five stars aren’t enough.

Bonnie and her team work together seamlessly to make sure you as the buyer have all of your questions answered. They are patient, knowledgeable, and creative when it comes to closing deals. Their experience in the market shines through and are a pleasure to work with.

Bonnie and Charlie will provide quality detailed home reviews and have a wide area of inventory to offer. Very knowledgeable about different areas of Massachusetts and will help find whatever home fits your needs. Also great resources for home purchase and improvement needs (contractors, handyman, lenders)

I trust them because they know the market. They’re quick responsive, answer all my questions, patient, and being there for me when needed especially when I live far away. I’m grateful for all they’ve done for making my rental and selling the property less hassle.

I worked with Bonnie and Charlie on the purchase of a single family residential property earlier this year. They were incredible from the beginning to the end of the process (and even after). They were very thorough, responsive, considerate, patient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services, whether you are looking to buy, rent, or sell property.

As a first-time buyer, I was able to find my dream home and move in within 30 days! A friend referred me to Bonnie when I had an extremely tight deadline to look for homes. She was able to get me started on the same day. After establishing what factors were important to me, Bonnie and Charlie were able to send me listings with everything I was looking for within my price range. Together they shared their experience on how to spot potential issues in a property and helped me keep my standards high and not settle for less. When I finally found *the one*, they were able to schedule a second viewing and do an impromptu inspection to make sure there wouldn't be any major issues before putting down an offer. They gave me great advice on how to be competitive and now I’m writing this review from my new home :-) They walked me through all the documentation and explained everything thoroughly, sent helpful reminders and next steps to keep me on track and on schedule. Additionally they helped me build a great team and kept everyone on the same page! Overall, I truly had an amazing team and got more than I asked for! I highly recommend them for any first-time home buyer!

We’ve been looking to upgrade from our condo for the last few years but with no success until this year. We thought we may have found a house, but Bonnie and Charlie knew what we really wanted and didn’t let us settle and we are glad we listened to them. The following weekend we found our home that checked a lot of our boxes. It was a fierce offer, competing against multiple strong offers but Bonnie and Charlie were able to guide us to position our deal to be the best while also feeling comfortable the choices were rationale and calculated. If you are constantly missing out on your home, Bonnie and Charlie will put you over the hump.

I can’t say enough good things about Bonnie! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to help. Whether I had a quick question or needed help navigating something more complicated, she was on top of it. She’s super clear, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. You can tell she knows her stuff, but she also makes sure you understand it too, which I really appreciated. I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. Highly recommend working with her!

I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Bonnie and Charlie. They are professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Bonnie and Charlie were completely engaged and supportive from our first conversation through follow up after closing. I would recommend them to ANYONE looking to sell, buy or rent on either side of the deal. They are the BEST!

Bonnie and Charlie at the Luxe Home Team are wonderful agents. They are very responsive to client's questions and requests. They are very knowledgeable about each and every single steps of the home buying process. They are also very realistic about what they think would work for each client. The team has good coverage for each agent, such that if one were to be away, there is always someone available to help with a last minute showing. My home buying process was very smooth and I recommended them to 3 of my friends as well.

Bonnie is a very responsible agent. Because this is my first time, I need to ask Bonnie for advice on many things. She is very patient and professional. Even after the house handover, she is also very responsible! She helped me solve many problems and gave me many solutions. She deserves five stars.
