In 2024, Bonnie founded the LUXE HOME TEAM with partners Bee Yeo and Charlie Fang. Bonnie is deeply committed to community work and teaches first-time homebuyer classes for ACDC and MAHA. She served as the 2023 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Greater Boston/Central and was the 2019 Vice President of AREAA Boston. She is a 2024–2025 Board Member for GBAR and chair of the 2024 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. In 2025, she joined the Board of Directors for GBREB and the advisory boards for AREAA Boston and the Women’s Council of Realtors Greater Boston. In 2026–2027, she will serve on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Nationally, she has contributed to AREAA through the Chapter Development, A-List, and Luxury Committees.
